Raised in Rajshahi, Bangladesh, I hold an MBA and BBA in Finance & Banking from the University of Rajshahi. My professional journey began in IT as a MIS Associate, where I discovered the power of data in driving business decisions. That passion for data and systems led me to aviation — an industry where I could blend technology with strategy, and where I found my true calling.

Today, I bring over 13+ years of progressive experience in airline commercial operations, spanning both full-service and low-cost carriers. My expertise includes Sales & Marketing, Route Development, Pricing, Revenue Management, Distribution, GSA Management, and Market Strategy — all supported by a data-driven mindset and hands-on leadership.

One of my most rewarding roles was with Air China, where I successfully launched and scaled the Dhaka–Beijing (DAC–PEK) route. Within just five months (by November 2024), the route turned profitable, achieving 80%+ average load factor with 74% of sales from Dhaka POS. I built and led a cross-functional team across Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Finance — delivering high-impact results in a highly competitive market.

Grew DAC–KUL from 1 to 3 daily flights using A330/A321/A320 fleet, scaled daily seat capacity from 180 to 708, maintained 95% seat load factor, and tripled average fares (USD 195 → USD 500).

Malaysia Airlines General Sales Agency (GSA) negotiation for Union Tours & Travels and won the deal.

Successfully negotiated and secured the General Sales Agency (GSA) contract for Malaysia Airlines in Bangladesh with Union Tours & Travels Ltd.

Design & Rollout of Distribution Management System (DSM) and Market Communication System (MCS) for Samsung Mobile Pte. Bangladesh.

DMS/MCS such kind of tools that use to track and monitor the distribution channels from primary warehouse to tertiary and end-user level and that help to identify the scope of generate new sales lead by Phone Series, Model, Color, Price & Demographic instances.

Air China Beijing - Dhaka Route Induction

Led the team arrange necessary permission from Civil Aviation of Bangladesh (CAAB), Bangladesh Central Bank (BB) and other regulatory bodies for the successful launch of Air China's DAC–PEK route
